If you don't feel like venturing out on one of our daily outdoor excursions, we can create a multi-treatment service for you. In the calmness of the Lodge, while most guests are away, find your inner peace by allowing us to customize a personalized experience for you. Unwind in our cedar sauna, steam bath or Jacuzzi. Use the cool plunge pool to aid in improving your circulation and well being. Pamper yourself by choosing an assortment of treatments from our menu such as a salt glow exfoliation, followed by cocooning yourself in a warm body wrap or washing away your tensions with a hot rock massage.
Japanese Bento Box Spa Menu
We are always looking for ways to improve your health and well-being during your stay with us. This year we are pleased to offer you a new way to enjoy your spa experience. When you choose one of our spa treatments we can offer you a light dinner option. Our specially crafted light Bento box meals reflect the seasonal harvest with such offerings as Wild Salmon Sashimi, Gomae salad, Organic Beef Tataki, accompanied by steamed rice, Miso soup, Steamed Edamame Beans and home made pickled ginger, which can be served to you in the solitude and peace of your room. This service is recommended as an option on an evening when you feel that our full dinner may be too heavy for you prior to your spa appointment. This is a perfect way to spend time with a loved one in the intimate setting of your room.

Exfoliations and wraps using natural products are an ancient and effective way of detoxifying the body and stimulating the immune system. Sea salt exfoliation scrubs improve circulation, remove impurities from the skin and promote cell rejuvenation. Wraps using BC Pacific seaweed and Canadian glacial clay, nourish the skin with vital nutrients, and have been used for centuries by local First Nations people as a natural healing remedy for a range of ailments.
