Vacation package and booking rates are PER PERSON based on double occupancy in CANADIAN DOLLARS and do not include sales tax or conservation fees of $225 CND per person. Single supplement fees are applicable, as are supplemental charges for third and fourth persons in certain suite categories.

Gratuities are left to guests' discretion.

It is strongly recommended that guests take out cancellation and interruption insurance which can be purchased through our office.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
To secure a reservation for your ecotourism vacation at King Pacific Lodge, a 25% deposit is required within 72 hours of booking. Balance of payment is due 90 days before arrival. Bookings received within 90 days require full pre-payment. All cancellations must be received in writing. All payments are fully refundable until 90 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds within 90 days of arrival. The luxury wilderness resort of King Pacific Lodge cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Acts of God, strikes, weather, aircraft delays or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

CHILDREN
Children and families are welcome. However, the lodge and the activities are best suited to children 11 years or older. During family departures, the recommended age limit is 8 years old or over. Children under the age of 13 staying in their parents' room receive 30% off the package rate.

CONSERVATION
King Pacific Lodge takes its stewardship of the land very seriously and in this light guests are charged a $225 CND per person conservation surcharge per ecotourism vacation. This goes towards cultural access, wildlife and stream conservation in the area.

WAIVER
All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver form prior to arrival at the luxury wilderness lodge.
